Join the club

1. Private Club Membership: By applying to join Buzz Munchies Enterprise (Pty) Ltd, you agree to comply with the Club rules, Code of Conduct and applicable South African law. Membership is personal, non-transferable and subject to approval, suspension or termination under the full agreement.
2. Age & Identity Verification (18+): You confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and consent to verification of your identity using official identification before membership approval.
3. Strictly Personal & Private Use: Infused confectionery and other Club products are for your own personal consumption within private premises only. Reselling, distributing, sharing or supplying products to others, including non-members or minors, is prohibited and may result in immediate termination and reporting where legally required.
4. POPIA & Data Privacy: You consent to processing your personal information and identity documents for age verification, membership administration and order fulfilment under the Protection of Personal Information Act (Act 4 of 2013). Identity documents are held in private storage. Personal information is not sold; necessary sharing with service providers and your rights are explained in our Privacy Policy.
5. Responsible Consumption & Dosage: Cannabis edibles have a delayed onset. You agree to review the Full Spectrum strength information, pace consumption responsibly and not drive or operate machinery while impaired. You accept responsibility for your dosage and misuse, subject to applicable law; this does not waive rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Digital Acceptance & Authority: By ticking the confirmation and submitting your application, you confirm that your details are accurate and accept the full Club Member Agreement and Code of Conduct. Approval is required before ordering is available.
